Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering​

Program Description

In the Digital Age, the demand for professionals with degrees in computer-related fields continues to grow. Colegio De San Lorenzo has responded to that call through the provision of a new program, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

The program aims to produce competent, highly-skilled graduates with a strong foundation in mathematics, electrical engineering, and computer science. Computer Engineering students will have basic and specialized understanding of computer-based systems and networks, computer hardware and software, and computer design.

In order to fully immerse students in the learning experience, Colegio De San Lorenzo’s facilities include computer laboratories for the use of Computer Engineering and Computer Science students. Graduates of the program will also be given opportunities for practical experience and research. Lastly, graduates will imbibe professional and moral principles, which they can apply in their future work endeavors.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

Program Description

Colegio De San Lorenzo prides its Computer Science program for yielding some of the most innovative and technologically savvy graduates in the field.

In order to provide a well-rounded understanding of Compute Science, the curriculum includes the study of computing concepts and theories, algorithmic foundations, and new developments in computing. The program prepares students to design and create algorithmically complex software and develop new and effective algorithms for solving computing problems. It also includes the study of the standards and practices in Software Engineering. This prepares students to acquire skills and disciplines required for designing, writing, and modifying software components, modules, and applications that comprise software solutions.
